Booking terms and policies

Prices

All prices are per person in Pakistani rupees unless stated. A price is held from the moment your deposit is received. Airline fare and currency changes before deposit may change a price; we tell you before you pay.

Deposits and balance

Umrah: PKR 50,000 per person to reserve, balance 45 days before departure. Holidays, tours, hotels and flights: 25% to reserve, balance 30 days before travel, or full payment where the airline requires it. Visa fees are paid in full at application.

Cancellation and refunds

Each booking follows the cancellation rules of the airline, hotels and supplier behind it. The exact rule for your booking is printed on your confirmation before you pay the balance. Hajj bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

Hotels

Hotels are as named or similar in the same category and distance band. Distances are measured to the nearest Haram gate and stated in metres where we have verified them.

Privacy

We use your name, phone and documents only to make your booking and keep you informed about it. We do not sell or share them for marketing.
